Refund Policy

Foxreal Studio always puts customers in the top priority. We offer free life-time technical support to solve your software's problem, and also "Try-Before-Buy" versions and 30 days money-back guarantee.


If you have any problem or question about the program, please refer to our Support Center( and product related F.A.Q. first. If the problem still cannot be solved, please contact our support team in the first time with detailed information about the problem, and we will try our best to help you as soon as possible. If the problem is proved to be unsolvable, we will refund you without delay based on our refund policy.


Please note: Foxreal Software's products are provided as trial versions but the freeshare for downloading directly from our website. You can easily test the program to see whether the products are compatible with your computer system and meet all of your needs before purchasing the full versions by using these "Try-Before-Buy" versions. Due to the automated way that orders are processed and fulfilled, once an order is processed and the registration details and download instructions are issued, it cannot be cancelled. So before you purchase a product, please make sure the product name is exactly the same as the trial version you used and please confirm the product's system requirements (don't miss up Windows and Mac version). 


Please review the accepted circumstances carefully as below, and generally other requests for refund will not be accepted by our company.


Accepted Circumstances
1) Duplicate orders. You accidentally bought the same software more than once.
2) You've been double charged due to the system problem of the 3rd party payment platform.
3) You purchased a wrong product or wrong version (Win/Mac) by mistake. If in this case, please contact us in the first time, then we will help you switch the software to the right one and will reply you within 24 hours. If you do not get a reply from us within 24 hours, you can go on purchasing the right one and we will refund you the wrong program purchased.
4) The product has fatal technical issues which affect your normal use, and our technical support team didn't provide a solution within one month. We will refund you after confirmation of this problem. In this circumstance, please cooperate with our technical support and offer the detailed information, such as your OS, actions before the error occurs, screenshots of error, log files, etc. to help us locate the problem..


Unaccepted Circumstances
We generally do not refund or exchange products in these circumstances:
1) You purchased the so-called "wrong" product, then purchased the "right" product from another company.
2) You changed your mind after placing an order.
3) The product could not work well by your improper operations.
4) You did not receive the registration information or purchase a wrong product but did not contact our support team with detailed order information within 24 hours.
5) You requested for a refund for technical issues, but never provided any assistance to our support team with any detailed description of the problem.
6) Your request does not include any particular reasons, only stating the uninstallation of the product with no future use.
7) You claimed the features and functions of the products but we never advertised on our website.
(All the descriptions concerning the features and functions of our products are subject to the introductions on our product pages.) We do not refund software if our products fail to meet customer's need due to lack of product-research.


To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
1. Your name.
2. The email address for the order.
3. The order number.
4. The product you want to request.
5. The reason for the refund.


We will refund the purchase price of the product after the further cooperation from you about the problem and the request is approved.


Once your refund is issued, please uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.

1) I am not satisfied with your product. I want to get my payment refund.
We guarantee you the money back with the purchase price of the product you mentioned, if the product meets the refund policy. Please contact our technical support about the issue you encounter in detail, and we will offer the best solution according to the condition.

2) I find out that I bought the wrong product after installing the software. Can I get the refund to purchase your another product?
We provide you a "Try-Before-Buy" software version, and for a downloaded program and its registration code sent to you cannot be taken back, so please forgive that we will not refund you for such a mistake. But we could offer a discount or the second best solution to you for the product you want. Please contact support staff about the situation with your order number and/or email address.

3) How long does it take to get the refund on my credit card statement?
The refund will process will appear on your credit card statement in 10 to 15 business days, if your refund request is approved. Please contact your credit card company about the statement posting, if you can not find the statement on your credit card after 15 business days.
