Usually, we provide the free update for the software you bought from FLVsoft, but we will charge extra money for the upgrade since the upgraded version add more functions rather than just fix some problem. Below is the upgrade requirement which need to pay:

In order to get the upgraded version, you need to purchase an Upgrade Password.

The upgrade and update is different and we will take Flash Video MX for example, that is to say, if you update from 3.1 to 3.x, we think it is a update and you do not need to pay for it; but when you want to upgrade from 3.x to 4.x or pro version, you may need to pay extra money for the upgrade because of the more function and better quality.
