User Guide to the fastest video decoding and encoding tool with CUDA support - Foxreal TOD Converter.
Step 1: Run the program, this is the tool’s main interface.
Add the TOD video you want to convert/edit into the CUDA TOD converter by clicking on the 
button.
Choose the output format you need from its "Format" option. You can see the format profiles clearly.

Step 2: Settings.
