This is an agreement between Moyea Software (herein “Moyea”) and you (either an individual or a single entity), who plans to promote Moyea products and earn commission. By promoting Moyea products, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

1. You may promote Moyea products on your website, newsletter, blog and any kind of site you administrate.

2. You may use the same pricing of our product on Moyea official site. You may not generate coupon, discount, bonuses, or bounce back to stimulate the sales of the product.

3. You may use the promotional graphics and text description from Moyea website with the right guide to consumers. Alternatively, you may create your own graphics or description to promote Moyea products. You may not modify the existing Moyea promotional graphics without Moyea’ consent.

4. You may use your email resource to promote Moyea products by sending emails or newsletters to the address on the opt-in list. No spamming.

5. You may purchase Moyea product for yourself in case that you want to use the product. You may own the commission with your own order.

6. You may not use “Moyea”, “Moyea Software”, “Moyea FLV to Video”, “Flash Video MX” or the like as keyword to advertise or promote on any kind of search engine/site.

7. You may not represent yourself using “Moyea”, “Moyea Software” or the like on any site, which will mislead consumers.

8. You may not distribute or redistribute Moyea products in any means without the written permission from Moyea.

9. You may not provide misleading information about Moyea products to stimulate sales.

10. You may not submit any custom version of Moyea products with affiliate link to any site you do not administrate.

Moya reserves the right to reduce the affiliate commission rate for you and/or disable your rights to promote Moyea products as an affiliate, if you violate any of the terms and conditions in this agreement.
