User Guide to Foxreal FLV Converter for Mac.
Step 1: Run the program, this is the main interface.
Add the Flash video (*.flv, *.f4v) you want to convert by clicking on the 
button.
Choose the output format in the "Format" drop-down list. You can see the profiles clearly and easily.
Step 2: Edit FLV/F4V files.
