Q1: What’s the difference of the trial version and the full version of Pavtube Blu-ray Ripper?
A: The only difference is the company logo "Pavtube" will appear in the middle of the converted video by using the trial version. To remove the watermark, just purchase the full version and re-convert the video.

Q2: There is no response of your software after I inserted my Blu-ray disc into my computer’s hard drive. What’s the matter?
A: Please make sure you are using an external Blu-ray drive. Actually the computer’s own drive can’t read Blu-ray discs. Just connect the external Blu-ray drive with your computer and insert your Blu-ray disc into the drive to fix the problem you met.

Q3: I have purchased your Blu-ray ripper, but there is no place to enter the key code. Why?
A: Maybe you are using the trial version. In fact, the key code is invaid for the trial version. Please first uninstall the trial version from your computer and then sign in the page below to get the full registration information:

Q4: What’re the differences between the Full Disc Copy and the Directly Copy of your program?
A: The Full Disc Copy function helps you make a full disc copy (1:1) of your Blu-ray or DVD discs with its original structures on your PC. The Directly Copy function helps you copy the main movie or the wanted chapters/titles for backup. Note: Only in the File Mode you are able to use the Directly Copy function.

Q5: How long will it take to make a full disc copy by using the Blu-ray ripping software?
A: About 10 minutes. The Blu-ray ripper supports ripping Blu-ray and DVD at super fast speed based on its multi-threading technology.

Q6: Could I join several Blu-ray/DVD chapters into a single one?
A: Yes. Just highlight the chapters you want to join and then "Merge into one file" for conversion.

Q7: Could I extract HD audio file like DTS MA, Dolby True HD and others from my Blu-ray movie files?
A: Yes. The Blu-ray ripper can read all audio tracks of Blu-ray discs, including Dolby True HD audio, DTS-HD Master audio. It also supports to select the wanted audio track in your source BD file.

A: Click the Edit button to open the Video Editor panel. Choose "Crop" tab to crop the Blu-ray video file as you wish.

Q9: How to keep my edited video file with its original aspect ratio?
A: Click the Edit button to open the Video Editor panel. Choose "Crop" tab and check "Output Keep Original Aspect Ratio" to realize it.
